Rutherford Head

Lots of boats. Lots of rain. Lots of wins!

With our largest ever entry for the Rutherford Head, we had a great day of racing in some challenging conditions to come away with four wins and three second places.

A huge thanks to Matt, Craig and Ciaran for their logistics efforts to get two trailers and a van to Newcastle, to Cross Keys Garage Morley for their invaluable support with the free use of an Isuzu 4x4 for towing, and especially to SL Racing and Cymba Rowing for the loan of one of their quads for the junior to compete (and win in).

Finally thanks to Tyne Rowing Club, for another cracking Rutherford Head!
